Continuing Education Organization is looking for an Academic Advisor on a permanent basis. This person will be responsible for advising students on academic courses to meet their goals, explaining prerequisite requirements and course sequences to students, conducting orientation appointments with new students, assisting students in the registration process, ensuring adherence to federal, state, college & department guidelines, and participating in off-campus functions. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to work effectively with people from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds, and have knowledge and understanding of current trends in Academic Advising. A bachelors degree and one year of working in an academic advising role is required. Apply today!
