The Mergis Group is searching for an Assistant Controller / Controller in Odessa Texas.  We have partnered with a multi-billion dollar organization to identify a strong manufacturing controller.  The successful candidate will be a CPA or CPA candidate have a bachelors degree in accounting and have very solid progression and leadership experience.
 
Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting

- CPA/CPA candidate

- 5+ Years of Public / Industry Experience

- Strong technical GAAP expertise particularly in actual costing and analysis

- Solid accounting and financial analysis experience in a complex manufacturing environment

- Supervisory experience is ideal and ability to relocate for growth and promotion

- Excellent communication skills and dynamic personality

- Relocation is available
