You will join an experienced and highly professional team tasked with shaping the company's strategic direction and growth .As Chief Technology Officer you will be responsible for establishing and communicating the company's technology vision.

As the Chief Technology Officer your main responsibilities are:

• To develop and drive the company's' technology visions
• Evangelise the technology vision to customers, partners, staff and the senior management team
• Engage with the customers senior technical executives, industry analysts and partners
• Identify, evaluate and select technology platforms
• Continually improve processess and assist to implement best practice in software development

As the Chief Technology Officer a strong background is required in the following:

• Proven experience in defining company's technology direction to support the company's business strategy
• Solid experience in architecting scalable, robust, secure, multi-tiered applications
• Strong understanding in Java application development, open source frameworks, XML, Webservices, knowledge of hardware platforms, enterprise software, database systems, networking and security
• Clearly articulate technical challenges, goals and solutions
• The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast paced technical environment
• Experience working within a product software development environment.
