Job Summary

Assists manager in oversight of the activities of the banquet department.

Supervise set-up, maintenance and break-down of banquets.

Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.

Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage product, service and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service.

Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.



Additional Information

Available to work am and pm shift including weekends and holidays.

No relocation pay.

Drug test and background check required if hired.

Must obtain Yavapai food handler card.
