Role & Responsibility:
The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Interactive Technologies Group project teams and work to ensure quality, efficiency and improved profitability.
Assist system users contacting the Call Center.
Resolve system user issues according to study specific procedures, assisting in maintaining project files, perform data entry and data loading tasks.
Provide support to project teams as needed.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as required.
Experience & Qualifications:
Qualified candidate will have a minimum of six (6) months of customer service/call center experience.
Must have the ability to work within a team environment.
Liaise professionally with clients and system users.
Successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Foreign language skills desirable.
Must be willing to work a variety of hours/days, holidays and weekends, as needed.
