Tasks & Deliverables:
Review database logs for programs that will not perform at user level and document
Investigate Beyond Trust (Windows user level) problems and document
Work with support teams to schedule the deployment of Beyond Trust
Administrative duties as needed
Provide training to the support community as needed
Windows 7 Testing

Mandatory Experience:
College degree preferred
Understanding of the Windows operating system
Good communication skills
The ability to work well with customers
Willing to work a flexible schedule
Interest in project management

Someone who takes direction well and is both personable and technical.
Someone with a great deal of technical experience may be frustrated with the amount of administrative work they are given.
