They are currently seeking a motived and experienced Level 1 IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team for a 3 month initial contract.
In this role you will provide IT helpdesk Support to corporate clients and as the role is varied it is essential that you have the following experience:
- 6 months + experience preferably as a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst
- Good working knowledge & troubleshooting experience in MS Office Applications, Citrix, Networking etc.
- MCP, MCSA, CCNA etc highly regarded
- Good communication skills
