4. 2 year experience in retrieving data using SOAP web services

1. 2 year experience in developing SOAP services.
2. 2 year experience in developing mapping interfaces (MS Virtual Earth, Google Maps, Mapserver, etc).
3. 2 year experience in Web Development (HTML, PHP, CSS).
4. 2 year experience in developing cross platform Python applications.
