PBX/PABX Specialist - Competitive rates - Excellent Co! (S35)

As the PBX/PABX Specialist you will be working on a large scale project with a leading Australian Telco provider. You will be designing, maintaining and supporting a large PBX cluster in both a production and lab environment.

You must have :-

• 5-10 years experience with PBX
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN
• Stakeholder management experience
• IVR and ACD experience
• Prompt/Announcement design for effective call qualification experience
• Call Centre queuing and routing experience
• PSTN interconnects and communication technologies (ISDN, SS7, ISUP, TCAP e.t.c)
• SBC functions experience
• Service assurance technologies ie BRIX
• Low level protocol troubleshooting experience

The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following :-

• Knowledge of both Linux and Unix
• Experience using Broadworks/Broadsoft
• Mobile Networks experience
• SIP, T.38, G.729 experience
