Patent attorney with 5+ years of patent prosecution experience. Experience drafting and prosecuting complex electrical/mechanical and software patent applications, preparing legal opinions, and providing litigation support is required. This position is in West Palm Beach. Must have substantial experience in drafting non-provisional patent applications and office action responses. Electrical or computer engineering degree is required. Computer science candidates may be considered depending on breadth of technology experience. Experience in telecommunications is considered a plus. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for next examination.
