Job Description:
Participates in the control of costs and schedules on contracts. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Participates in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
Required Skills:
2+ years of financial analysis, program controls experience.
** Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
** Must be able to address problem solving with a high degree of creativity, ingenuity, and innovation.
** Must be able to learn processes quickly and apply knowledge to unique situations.
** Must be able to think logically and tailor work products according to emerging trends.

** Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.
** Must possess excellent computer software skills in Excel and PowerPoint
This position requires eligibility for a Secret level security clearance.
Required Education (including Major): Bachelors Degree (Finance, Business, or related discipline) OR Associateâ™s Degree and 8+ years of related work experience OR 12+ years of directly related work experience.
