Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the:

- Create remedition project cost estimates
- Project execution
- Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Review & analyze contracts
- Supervision of Subcontractors
- Preparation of budgets

Requirements: Qualifications:

- Thorough experience in the construction and abatement industry
- Project Management experience dealing with mold, asbestos, lead abatement, demolition or building decontamination
- Must be able to create project estimates

- Coordinate activities of departments and/or disciplines to ensure operational efficiency
