Receptionist in ArlingtonJob Duties:

    *  Answer multi-line phone and direct callers to appropriate associate.
    * Transfer calls to voicemail as needed.
    * Greet and direct walk-in visitors and VIP guests.
    * Use Warp B to schedule visitors and notify office staff of scheduled visitors.
    * Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
    * Coordinate pick up and delivery of express mail services.
    * Assist with other duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

Receptionist Requirements:

    * Must be available between 8:00am - 5:00pm - Monday-Friday, with reliable transportation to and from work.
    * Must be willing to work a temporary assignment for approx. 6 to 10 weeks, beginning mid-December.
    * Excellent customer service skills and bright personality!
    * Must be professional in appearance and attitude.
    * Must be familiar with general concepts, practices and procedures in office support.
    * High School or equivalent required.
