The Emerging Markets (EM ) Security Management Analyst (MA) / Senior Management Analyst (SMA) position is an entry or junior level position that supports the EM practice through direct, hands on interaction with project management teams in the US and overseas. The position takes direction in testing and documenting systems or business process/change management and provides support on a variety Emerging Markets projects. The position will require the MA/SMA to utilize a proprietary wiki-based system to monitor and track EM advisors who are assigned to international engagements. The MA/SMA will also be assigned to develop, test, and implement new wiki capabilities to improve our communications and information flow to and from the engagement teams and home office management teams. Because the position supports ongoing, client-facing engagements, the MA/SMA will be required to develop and use basic fundamental consulting skills as part of daily operations. Development and demonstration of these skills will also help position the MA/SMA for further advancement within the EM practice to positions of additional responsibility and opportunity to join client engagements . Position-Specific Requirements
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required. * 2-4 years of consulting and/or relevant work experience or Master Degree with 0-3 years work experience
