Job Description:



Program Control Analyst III will be responsible for 'cradle-to-grave' program financial analysis support to the Program Managers of assigned programs.



Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to Program Managers, utilizing standard company tools, and in compliance with standard processes. This includes:



Development of Work Breakdown Structures(WBS)



Preparation of Work Authorization Documents



Development of time-phased budgets and schedules



Development of detailed Earned Value cost/schedule baselines



Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct charge numbers. Process cost transfers as required.



Provide Program Management Office(PMO) and Control Account Managers(CAM) with internal reports on cost & schedule performance



Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon management



Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis.







Required Skills:



4+ years of Program Controls/Finance Analyst experience



Prior program controls and EVMS experience required.



Ability/willingness to obtain Secret clearance.



Ability to work independently, and as a team member, with minimal supervision.



Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Strong spreadsheet skills a must.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Excellent analytical and problem solving skills







Desired Skills:







Previous experience using the following software systems/packages: JAMIS Accounting, Microframe Program Management (MPM), Control Financial Planning System, Next Generation Procurement Systems (NGPS), PC Pricing cost estimating,



Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).







Strong sense of commitment to meeting deadlines



Ability to interface effectively with all levels of customers/management.







Required Educational Level: Bachelors degree, preferably in the Finance, Accounting or Business Administration area or equivalent experience.
