This is a LEADERSHIP ROLE and REQUIRES a Lead level consultant who has performed Software configuration mangement (dont need administrators)

This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE position.

SKILLS:
MKS Software Configuration Management (A Big Plus), ANT, Clear Case, Clear Quest Software Configuration and Release Management Processes, J2EE, websphere 6.x development/administration.
 
Software Configuration Management lead will be responsible for software builds and deploys to support J2EE application environment. Lead should be capable of advising management on product and organizational strategy related to SW Configuration management, as well as leading strategy and technology upgrade/migration efforts as needed. Candidate must be capable of maintain build and deployment scripts as well as interacting with application development teams. Skills must include MKS experience. Clearcase and Subversion experience, including migration experience is strongly desired. This is a lead role and candidate is expected to take leadership role on the team, providing mentoring and cross-training as needed across the team
