Sr . Marketing Manager - Loyalty Programsexperience: Years
Total Compensation: $115K

 


The Sr. Marketing Manager develops cross-channel, strategic marketing plans in conjunction with other marketing vehicles owners and coordinates execution of those plans, holding others in the organization accountable for their contributions, and measures results and develops recommendations for improvement. This position will work cross functionally to build relationship relating to their area of responsibility.  Areas include Media Planning, Retail Marketing, Brand/Multicultural Marketing, Product Marketing, and Campaigns.


 


Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field. 
Minimum of ten years experience related marketing field. 
Excellent organizational skills/ability to work under tight deadlines. 
At least two years supervisory experience. 
Excellent organizational skills. 
Outstanding leadership skills. 
Outstanding interpersonal skills. 
Strong project management skills. 
Strong communication and presentation skills. 
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of marketing, loyalty programs, strategic planning, marketing research, branding, product marketing and budgeting.
Previous experience running or working as part of a Loyalty team highly desired.


 


The Sr. Manager of business-to-business marketing will be responsible for managing our Loyalty program for larger Contract Small / Medium sized Business (SMB) customers. You will provide strategic and tactical recommendations relative to the design and maintenance this loyalty program.  The role requires a hands-on person with strong project management skills, marketing orientation, analytic capabilities and has a customer focus orientation.  The Sr. Manager interfaces with cross-functional teams such as Worklife Rewards (WLR), general marketing, communication, pricing, direct sales, customer service and the field sales organization.  This person is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing calendars, customer pricing, collateral management, program results and reporting, as well as marketing incentive concepts.
