JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for reviewing pre-closing conditions and sign-off requests for closing that are submitted by LPC Processors.

Assure that all underwriting conditions have satisfactory supporting documentation.

Communicate with appropriate internal and external parties.

Accurately record all findings, actions taken and results obtained into our loan registration system.

QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Bachelor degree preferred.

Requires a minimum of 12 months of mortgage banking or financial services experience.

Exposure to FHA and VA guidelines/documents/loan condition/ investor guidelines is strongly preferred.

Must be detail oriented, organized and posses strong customer service skills.

Demonstrate math and analytical ability in order to understand and interpret underwriting guidelines and have the ability to remain focused while reviewing loans in a timely fashion.

Must be self motivated and work with minimal supervision; have the ability to meet deadlines; have strong oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills.

Demonstrate ability to develop verbal communications and customer service skills to resolve open conditions and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Shift: M-F 8:30 a.m.

5:00 p.m. and 9:30 a.m.

6:00 p.m. with rotating late night monthly
