In this position you will report directly to the CEO of the company and oversee all aspects of organizational development, training and recruiting. * 6 direct reports; 20 indirect reports
* Open due to retirement; previous HR VP was with the company 20+ years
* Low-turnover; stable organization: average tenure in the company is 12 years
* Both domestic and international manufacturing and distribution sites
* Report directly to the CEO
* Fully empowered to develop your own HR department and implement change
* Privately-held, progressive manufacturing/distribution company REQUIRED:
* BS in Human Resources, Business or other related degree
* 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
* Strong leadership acumen
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Leader, coach, mentor, change-agent, diplomat
* Several years in an HR leadership role in a manufacturing environment |
