Vice President of Human ResourcesSalary: $190,000 - $240,000 total compensation
               $140,000 - $175,000 base
               35% bonus potential
               No relocation

We are hiring for a Vice President of Human Resources for a global manufacturing company. In this position you will report directly to the CEO of the company and oversee all aspects of organizational development, training and recruiting. *   6 direct reports; 20 indirect reports

*   Open due to retirement; previous HR VP was with the company 20+ years

*   Both domestic and international manufacturing and distribution sites

*   Report directly to the CEO

*   Fully empowered to develop your own HR department and implement change

*   Privately-held, progressive manufacturing/distribution company

REQUIRED:

*   BS in Human Resources, Business or other related degree

*   10+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience

*   Strong leadership acumen

*   Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

*   Leader, coach, mentor, change-agent, diplomat
